The IronKore focus is 100% on functional performance as it applies to sport and activities of daily living. Using tools like iron kettlebells, rope, sandbags and logs, we bring the training back to basics to help you increase strength, speed, agility, mobility, power and intensity.

This is where it all begins – a complimentary session that introduces our training philosophy and program structure. It’s a hands-on opportunity for participants to experience kettlebells and body weight training. This session is mandatory for all new recruits. Registration required… please call to book.

Kore 2-Week Intro Package
TRY US OUT! Provides first-time users with unlimited access to all Body Mechanics training sessions. Work alongside current members, receiving individualized instruction and feedback. Gain critical knowledge for informed decisions about next steps for training success. Orientation must be completed prior to start.
Kore I – Body Mechanics
Reacquaint your body with its primal movement mechanics. Build the foundation for proper posture, joint integrity, and efficient transfer of force – all critical elements for a strong and stable core.
Kore II – Kettlebell (KB) Base
Tame the bell. Build a rock-solid base of kettlebell movements including the swing, the clean and press, and the infamous Turkish get-up. Build strength and endurance with compound bodyweight exercises and high-metabolic training.
Kore III – Kettlebell (KB) Tactical
Own the bell. These workouts are designed for strategic development of timing, reaction, balance, rotary power, and stability. Work with asymmetric loads, and plyometric and compound exercises.
Kore Kids (Ages 10-15)
A conditioning program for young recruits that increases body awareness and neuromuscular coordination. Builds strength, speed, power, agility, and flexibility.

Kore Fun – Open Gym
Practice, practice, practice makes perfect. Supervised gym hours for independent work are included with all Personal Training and 3-month Small Group Packages. Open Gym hours are also available for purchase separately.
